Anaheim Ducks defenseman Francois Beauchemin will miss about six months after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. An MRI done Saturday revealed the tear that Beauchemin sustained in a 4-3 overtime loss to Nashville on Friday. He will be placed on long-term injured reserve. The Ducks recalled forward Bobby Ryan and defenseman Brett Festerling from their AHL affiliate in Iowa.
